K-SECRET - SEOUL 1988 Eye Cream : Retinal Liposome 4% + Fermented Bean - a cream for the skin under the eyes with an intensive lifting and anti-aging effect. Contains liposomal retinal - a vitamin A derivative with a proven effect on stimulating the production of collagen and elastin.
